Governance

The organization and the management of the ILP remains simple, while it obeys two boundary limits directed first to the ILP itself, and to the existing laboratories in second. For the ILP, it must be scientifically driven, efficient to support all activities of the ILP and flexible to follow the evolution of the institute. For the existing laboratories, it must maintain a clear distinction between the ILP activities and the existing laboratories.

The management structure is therefore articulated with a Steering Committee with participation of all share-holders plus external members, a Director, two Associate Directors and a Scientific Committee.
