Antoine Letessier-Selvon
Antoine Letessier-Selvon, born in 1962, Director of Research at CNRS. Master 2 of theoretical physics (ENS-UPMC), PhD in theoretical physics on neutrino oscillations. Specialist in neutrino, high energy particle physics and ultra high energy cosmic rays.
Contributed to neutrino oscillation experiments at Brookhaven (E816) and CERN (NOMAD), and member of the former DELPHI collaboration at the LEP e+/e- collider.
Founding member of the Pierre Auger Observatory the largest cosmic ray observatory in the World. Currently working on the development of new detector techniques for future cosmic ray observatories. Knight of the Legion of Honor.
