I like doing difficult calculations. Consequently, I am interested in computational and mathematical methods in general. In particular, I am working on (semi) analytical methods, numerical simulations and, since recently, also on algorithms for data analysis. I apply these techniques in order to understand cosmological large-scale structure and how it can be used to test neutrino physics and Dark Energy. I joined the IAP as Lagrange Fellow in November 2016. Before, I wrote my PhD thesis on different aspects of Non-linear Structure formation at the Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University of Heidelberg under the supervision of Christof Wetterich.
