Yifan Chen
Born in China, I did my undergraduate studies at University of Science and Technology of China. Then I came to France and obtained my Masters degree from Ecole Polytechnique in 2016. I have now started my PhD at Laboratoire de Physique Théorique et Hautes Energies (LPTHE), funded by Institut Lagrange de Paris (ILP).
I work under the supervision Karim Benakli and Ignatios Antoniadis about different aspects of high energy physics and cosmology. My research interest covers several topics. In the phenomoglogy side, I work mainly on the dark matter, especially those were produced in the early universe. I'm also studying the gravitational wave signals from the preheating phase and its link to the high energy physics like supergravity and string theory. In the formal side, I work on the spontaneous breaking of supersymmetry, especially its ultraviolet origin.
ILP helped me go to attend a lot of conferences and schools, where I could benefit from all kinds of experts and colleagues in this research area.
